I have spent almost all of my working life in the building industry, having hands on experience with new housing, renovations, repairs and all aspects of commercial work.
When I approached retirement age, I had a big decision to make, do I just stop, put my feet up and vegetate, or share my 50 odd years of knowledge and experience with others and thereby do something more useful with my time?
So about three years ago I started to use my experience perfecting the skills of home and building inspections. The benefit of this time, knowledge and experience is what I now offer you.
Purchasing a property is most likely the biggest investment you will make, so it surely makes good sense to have it properly checked over by an expert; someone with the latest non-invasive moisture testing equipment, many years of knowledge and the experience of where structural or leakage problems are likely to be found.

Specialising in property inspections I have developed a keen knack for detecting leaks or structural problems.
I do these inspections personally with a complete explanation of all the points and any concerns.
Full moisture testing and infrared scanning is provided as standard.
I provide a professionally presented full report with photos as needed.
The report can be ready the next day, and sent via email or post as required.
